Description
The Grosse Ile Township School's Board of Education is accepting sealed bids to provide athletic renovations at Grosse Ile Middle School. The proposed work includes site work, drainage, concrete, synthetic turf, dugouts, fencing, scoreboards, and electrical as part of a General Contractor package. The project requires the contractor to visit the site, familiarize themselves with the project layout, and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the work. The contractor must also provide a Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond, and comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
