Demolition and Remediation Services

The City of Anna Maria is seeking a contractor to provide demolition and remediation services for the City Pier. The scope of work includes the demolition of bathroom structures, larger pier buildings, and grille and bait shop buildings, as well as mold remediation and disposal of contaminated materials. The contractor will be responsible for verifying field conditions and complying with Florida Building Code requirements. The project will require the transportation of equipment and workers to and from the job site via watercraft or walkway. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 17, 2026. • The contractor must provide professional mold remediation services, including containment, removal, and disposal of contaminated materials. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Florida Building Code flood damage repair requirements. • The contractor must properly dispose of all demolition and contaminated materials in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations.
