Description
The Saline Area Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of the Saline High School pool. The project includes various bid categories such as building demolition, pool systems, HVAC and plumbing, general trades, pool ceramic tile, and electrical. The bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available at the Clark Construction Company Public Plan Room. The bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected or alternatively, sealed bids may be submitted to the Saline Area Schools. The bid proposal requirements include a bid security of not less than 5% of the total base bid sum and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the school district.
