GBNRTC and NITTEC Leased Office Space

The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) and Niagara International Transportation and Technology Coalition (NITTEC) are jointly seeking leased office space in downtown Buffalo, NY. Both agencies are represented by our exclusive Tenant Representative, CBRE Upstate NY. Options for space proposals will include up to three options (1) space for GBNRTC on its own, (2) space for NITTEC on its own and (3) space to be collocated by GBNRTC and NITTEC. Proponents may submit proposals for any of the three individual options or any combination of options. GBNRTC currently occupies approximately 5000 SF at 438 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. NITTEC currently occupies 3500 SF at 181 Oak Street, co-located with NFTA.
