Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is creating a three‑year pre‑qualification list (2026‑2028) of individual firms capable of providing engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, and surveying services for greenway‑related projects throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Firms not already on the list may submit a single PDF (max 16 pages) by the Oct 19 deadline, detailing experience, staff resumes, recent project examples, hourly rates, ownership percentages, and required certifications. Selected firms may be invited to a short Zoom interview before being added to the list, which will be used for future design, construction, and surveying contracts. The solicitation emphasizes local preference, required insurance limits, and various affidavit requirements for larger contracts.
