Monterey Ranger District Janitorial

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Monterey Ranger District. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing a sound and compliant approach to meet all requirements, including cleaning offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and other areas. The contractor must also provide resumes for proposed key personnel and demonstrate their ability to handle personnel issues and maintain a highly qualified staff. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed price. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items, including the base period and all option periods. • The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform the required services, including cleaning and maintenance. • The contractor must provide a detailed explanation of their approach and how they will accomplish the requirements of the contract. • The contractor must provide proof of their ability to handle personnel issues and maintain a highly qualified staff.
