High School Bid Package #1- Building Improvements

The Grosse Ile Township Schools are seeking bids for the interior renovations at Grosse Ile High School. The project includes various bid packages, such as selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, general trades, millwork/finish carpentry, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, overhead doors, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, and more. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with DeMaria Building Company. • The bid packages are available for examination and distribution on and after October 30th, 2025. • Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids through the Building Connected platform. • A virtual public bid opening will be held, and the link will be included in a forthcoming addendum. • The owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for just cause and to waive insignificant requirements. • The project is expected to be completed within a few months, but the exact duration is not specified.
