Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking research and development proposals for the Acquisition Modernization Technology Research (AMTR) program. The program aims to modernize DLA's acquisition processes and identify areas that would benefit from IT modernization or advanced technologies. Proposals should focus on the AMTR strategic focus areas outlined in the scope of the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The BAA will remain open for 5 years, and proposals will be accepted during the initial 180-day period. After the initial period, the BAA will temporarily close, and evaluations will take place.
