Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Memphis, TN. The required space must be between 5,250 and 7,001 square feet, with 20-35 private offices and at least one conference room. The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use, with a minimum Facility Security Level (FSL) of II. The lease term is 5 years, with a possible extension to 10 years.
• The space must be contiguous, but non-contiguous space may be considered if it is limited to no more than 3-4 suites within a building.
• The space must be at or above ground level.
• The Government will not consider collocation with agencies or tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions.
• Offered space must meet the requirements in this advertisement and be priced accordingly.
• The Government reserves the right to identify and consider the closest acceptable alternative if the market cannot deliver space that fully meets these requirements.
