Energy As A Service Partnership RFP

Westchester Medical Center Health Network (“WMCHealth”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Energy-as-a-Service Partnership across the network. The vendor will consider the following services that are currently being provided and make recommendations relative to their continuation and/or improvement when preparing a response to this RFP. The selected Energy Service Provider (the “Provider”) shall serve as WMCHealth’s single accountable partner for the development, execution, and long-term operation of the Energy-as-a-Service transaction. During transaction execution, the Provider shall lead technical, commercial, and operational workstreams, including utility and asset due diligence, baseline validation, facility surveys, energy modeling, project scope development, financing structure evaluation, and coordination with WMCHealth’s advisors, counsels, and other transaction stakeholders. The Provider should deliver a final executable solution that includes the agreed project scope, guaranteed savings and performance standards, implementation schedule, risk allocation, and definitive contract documentation.Following close, the Provider shall design, procure, construct, commission, operate, maintain, and optimize the agreed energy infrastructure with minimal disruption to patient care.
