The City of Greenville is requesting bids for the Retrofit Roof System project, which involves retrofitting an existing metal roof with a new 60 Mil TPO membrane. The project includes installing matching metal panels over skylights, identifying and replacing damaged metal panels, and providing a 20-year manufacturer's labor and material warranty.
