2500 KVA Three Phase Pad Mounted Distribution Transformer

The City of Ames is seeking to purchase single phase overhead and single and three phase padmounted transformers. The city will evaluate bids based on price, delivery time, and other factors. Bidders must submit drawings, QMS declaration of conformity, written warranty, and any exceptions to the bid requirements. The city will consider alternate bids that deviate from the specification but improve delivery times. • The transformers must be new, not rebuilt. • Final assembly, inspection, testing, and shipping must be performed within the 48 contiguous states of the US. • Acceptable manufacturers include ABB, Cooper, Ermco, Howard, WEG, and Central Maloney. • Units must be shipped on pallets in open bed trucks with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
