This opportunity is for electrical contractors to perform corrective rewiring of bathroom fan and light circuits in two multi‑unit residential buildings (approximately 200 units total) owned by the Chelsea Housing Authority. The scope includes removal and re‑installation of vanity lights, installation of deep device boxes, surface metal raceway, and independent fan/light wiring according to detailed specifications. Bids are to be submitted electronically by the October 2 deadline, with a mandatory 5 % bid deposit.
