FCC HAZELTON INMATE BOOT ORDER

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia, is soliciting quotes for inmate boots. The boots must meet specific requirements, including being all black, 6 inches in height, having black laces, being completely non-metallic, meeting or exceeding all ASTM and Electrical Hazard Standards, having a slip-resistant non-marking outsole, and having plastic reinforced eyelets and a padded collar. The contract is a firm-fixed price contract, and the Government reserves the right to award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, price, and delivery time frame considered. • The contractor must provide boots in various sizes, including 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, and 13. • The contractor must deliver the boots to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. • The contractor must submit an original invoice and three copies (or electronic invoice, if authorized) to the address designated in the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
