Description
The project involves the replacement of the failed underground primary electrical service between the existing tap box and transformer supplying power to the mobile shooting range at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The purchase order duration will be 60 days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list.
• The project includes the installation of new 3-phase primary underground electrical service.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price-related factors.
• The project is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
