NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The Naval Supply Systems Command San Diego intends to award a sole source contract to Berkeley Varitronics Systems, INC. for the provision of a Yorkie PRO cell phone detector. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.
