Description
The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking a contractor to renovate the exterior of Home #205 at the Pinecrest Developmental Center. The scope of work includes removing and replacing rotten wood, repairing or replacing soffit and fascia, wrapping exposed plywood siding with house wrap, installing new LP Trim boards and 12” LP Lap siding, and painting the exterior with Resilience Exterior Latex Flat or equal. The contractor shall supply all necessary materials and labor, and coordinate all work with the agency.
* Remove and replace rotten wood
