5856 - Drainage Improvements at Various Locations 2026 (RFP)

The City of New Rochelle is seeking a professional engineering services firm to provide drainage improvements at various locations. The selected firm will be responsible for all locations identified in the RFP. The project involves work between private properties and requires easements. The City is currently coordinating with Ward Carpenter Engineers, Inc. to obtain the necessary survey information to support easement acquisition. • The project requires a single consulting firm to be responsible for all locations. • The City is not planning to divide the locations among multiple consultants. • The survey for the Wilmot Drive to Plymouth Drive location will be provided to the selected consultant. • Consultants are required to submit one printed hard copy of their proposal, along with one electronic copy in PDF format on a USB drive. • The anticipated limits of the easement at the Wilmot Drive to Plymouth Drive location will be issued to ensure clarity prior to final design.
