Description
The Manchester Housing Authority is seeking bids for site improvements at the Newport Park development in Manchester, Massachusetts. The project includes removing and reconstructing portions of the bituminous sidewalk, regrading the sidewalk, constructing an ADA-compliant curb cut, removing benches and concrete footings, crack filling and sealcoating the entire drive aisle and parking areas, installing a PVC sleeve under the sidewalk, and pavement markings. The estimated cost of the project is $44,000.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• The workforce participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
