Description
The U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad requires professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform preventive maintenance services of the consulate facility's photovoltaic systems, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four-year options. The contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance, including semi-annual maintenance visits. The contractor shall also provide emergency assistance for photovoltaic failure, priced at an hourly rate, within 24 hours of being contacted by the COR.
