The City of San Antonio seeks nonprofit organizations to provide full‑scale home rehabilitation services for low‑income homeowners in the Government Hill area. The work includes structural repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, painting, masonry, and other code‑compliant improvements to address health, safety, and accessibility concerns. Bids must be submitted through the SAePS portal by the July 17 deadline, and interested parties can attend an optional pre‑bid WebEx conference on June 17.
