Repair and Maintenance Materials for U.S. Embassy Madrid, Spain

The U.S. Embassy in Madrid is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for a range of repair and maintenance materials—including painting supplies, plexiglass, HVAC components, plumbing, wood, electrical, and hardware. Vendors must be located in Spain, have a physical shop within 5 km of the embassy (Serrano 75, Madrid), and be able to deliver the same day an order is placed. The BPA will cover up to $55,000 of purchases per year for a period of 1–2 years, with no guaranteed minimum volume. Invoicing is monthly (or at BPA expiration) and payment is via EFT within 30 days of receipt of a correct invoice.
