Request for Bids: Midsized Sport Utility Vehicle

The City of Grants Pass is soliciting bids for a new or used midsized Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) EG: Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, Toyota Highlander, etc. The vehicle shall include the following items: Less than 22,000 miles on the vehicle- If used Single previous owner- if used Shall be a 2023-year model or newer Vehicle to have never been in an accident (Carfax report required) 5 doors (4 side doors, 1 rear hatch) V/6 engine-gasoline powered Automatic transmission AWD ABS and traction control Air Conditioning Power windows 3 complete sets of working keys, including key FOBs Factory tinted windows Power door locks Power steering Tilt steering wheel Backup camera system Airbags Alloy wheels AM/FM radio with blue tooth wireless capability Front bucket seats with center console Exterior Color to be a dark color -gray, black, etc. Interior color that compliments the exterior color All weather floor mats Vehicle must meet all federal and state regulations -emissions, safety, etc. The vehicle must be in “very good condition” and will be subjected to a complete inspection and approval by the City’s Fleet Division before being purchased.
