Description
The work (project) includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reclamation Pump Station. The upgrades include Replacement of Transformer & Pump Rooms roof exhaust fans and the Electrical Room HVAC system. Install a new 3-ton multidirectional overhead crane, redo and paint the exterior stucco, add the 5th pump, replace pumps 1, 2 and 3 with new suction and discharge valves and rebuild check valves to OEM specs. Replacement of the Reclamation Water drainage lift station pumps including repair and reconstruction of existing. Change communication method to ethernet from PLCs, replace discharge valves on 61 and 61A. Replace transformers for pumps 1 to 3, including the Control Transformer. Improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents.
