The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery Administration is seeking a small‑business, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to provide on‑site inscription services (stone/ marble engraving of headstones, markers, and niche covers) at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. The award will be a single‑award contract with a six‑month base period (April 1 – September 30 2027) and up to four one‑year option periods, exercisable at the Government’s discretion. Offerors must submit a technical proposal, pricing schedule, and physical sample(s) of the required inscriptions; samples become Government property. The solicitation is set‑aside for small businesses and will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance weighted more heavily.
