Cobra Repair Service Kit

The City of Austin is seeking a vendor to provide Overhaul (Service) Kits and Service Repair for Atlas Copco Cobra Combi Gas Powered Hammer / Drill. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the kits and providing repair services within 30 calendar days of order placement. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing service and maintenance repairs for hammer drill products to an agency similar in size and scope to the City. • The contractor will be required to provide a shipping or delivery ticket with each delivery, showing the description of each item, quantity, and unit price. • The contractor will be required to confirm the quantity to be shipped on all orders within two hours of notification from the City. • The contractor will be required to provide invoices via email or mail to the specified address. • The contractor will be required to designate key personnel and obtain approval from the City for any replacements.
