IDIQ MACC Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Northern and Central California and Nevada

This indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is a HUBZone set‑aside for new construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and institutional facilities located at various government installations throughout Northern California, Central California, and Nevada under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) area of responsibility. The contract will be awarded to multiple qualified contractors who can provide construction services ranging from new building projects to retrofit and repair work. • Scope includes commercial and institutional building construction, renovation, and repair at multiple government sites. • HUBZone set‑aside – only HUBZone‑qualified firms may compete. • Multiple award – several contractors will be selected, each receiving task orders as needs arise. • Geographic focus: Northern & Central California and Nevada. • Award will be based on proposals submitted by the response deadline, with subsequent task orders issued over the contract period.
