Description
The US Army is seeking a wheel loader for continuous quarry operations, with specific technical requirements and delivery to USAG Bavaria in Germany. The loader must meet environmental and German regulations, and the contractor must provide training and documentation. * The wheel loader must have an operating weight of over 24,000 kg and a loading height of over 3.30 m.

* The cabin must be soundproofed, pressurized, and have a rollover protective structure and falling object protective structure.
* The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item and report certain information at the time of delivery.
* The contract has a 2% tax on certain foreign procurements, and the offeror must represent whether it is a foreign person and claim any exemptions.
