The US Air Force is seeking to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Architect-Engineering (A-E) services to support Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects primarily located at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The contract will have a total ceiling of $930 million and will be awarded to approximately six small business firms, including a reserve for two HUBZone firms. The contract will be for a period of ten years, with a three-year base period and three option periods. The A-E services will include design, planning, and programming for FSRM and MILCON projects, as well as construction phase services. The key areas of expertise required include project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, architectural, structural engineering, and fire protection engineering. • The contract is a small business set-aside with a HUBZone reserve. • The contract will be awarded based on the qualifications of the offerors, with consideration given to their experience, technical competence, and knowledge of the locality. • The contract will include a minimum guarantee of $2,500, with a maximum ordering period of $10 million. • The offerors will be required to submit an SF330, which will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and knowledge of the locality. • The government reserves the right to award to more or fewer firms than anticipated.
