CBI Office Renovation - Pueblo

The State of Colorado, Office of the State Architect, State Buildings Program is providing notice of a final settlement with Happel & Associates, Inc. for the construction of the CBI Pueblo Office Remodel project. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid. The project involves the renovation of the CBI office in Pueblo, Colorado. • The final settlement will be made on 11/14/2025. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency. • Failure to file a claim prior to the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from liability for the claim.
