Description
The Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) is seeking a contractor to replace its existing ColdFusion-based website with a modern, secure, and fully accessible content management system (CMS). The project will include assessment and migration of existing content, assistance in selecting an appropriate CMS, creation and implementation of a mobile-responsive and ADA/WCAG 2.1-compliant design, and delivery of tools and training for state staff to manage the site independently. The contractor should have at least five years of experience in designing, developing, and launching modern CMS websites for public-sector agencies or large-scale organizations. The project should deliver a secure, accessible, and adaptable website that meets the state's operational needs, complies with accessibility laws, and provides an improved digital experience for all users.
