Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the South St. Louis County Service Center. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. The vendor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 64,601 square feet. The vendor must also provide a quality assurance plan and meet certain personnel qualifications. Some key tasks include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants.
• The building is approximately 64,601 total cleanable square feet
• The building has approximately 198 full-time employees
• The building is a five times a week clean, Monday through Friday excluding State Holidays
• The vendor must provide a minimum of eight man-hours of janitorial services between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 12:00 A.M.
• The vendor must provide a Day Porter/Matron, a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person, and a Floor Care Specialist
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, including commercial grade vacuums and floor care equipment
