The Puerto Rico Army National Guard is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply, deliver, and fully install four prefabricated commercial office trailers (24’ × 72’ to 24’ × 80’) at Camp Santiago’s Warrior Plaza. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price purchase with a delivery and installation window of 120 calendar days after order receipt. The contractor must provide turnkey services including site logistics, blocking, leveling, structural seaming, anchoring to meet 140 mph wind‑load requirements, and final utility connections. Commercial‑grade interior finishes, ceiling systems, and security windows are allowed; aluminum stairs/ramps are excluded.
