Length Bar Interferometry System and a Gage Block Interferometry System

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a Length Bar Interferometry System and a Gage Block Interferometry System. The contractor will be required to provide a Software Version Description for each system, which will be used to operate the calibration standards. The contractor must also ensure that the firmware and software used to operate each system are of the same release and version. The contractor will be required to submit the Software Version Description to the government for review and approval. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. • The contractor must be registered in SAM to be eligible for the award. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with providing the systems and the Software Version Description. • The government will evaluate the quotes based on the criteria listed in sections L and M of the solicitation. • The contractor must ensure that all data provided to the government is marked with the appropriate distribution statement. • The contractor must provide the Software Version Description in a format acceptable to the government.
