The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking collaboration opportunities with non-federal parties to develop and demonstrate multi-mission focused technologies. The agency is interested in sharing knowledge, expertise, facilities, equipment, and other resources to benefit the Department of War and non-DoW entities. The collaboration will be in the form of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). The MDA is looking for proposals that address specific topic areas, including hypersonic and kinetic defense, command and control battle management, integrated non-kinetic and electronic warfare, and others.
• The MDA will provide personnel, services, facilities, equipment, intellectual property, or other resources with or without reimbursement.
• Non-federal parties may provide funds, personnel, services, facilities, equipment, intellectual property, or other resources toward the conduct of specific research and development efforts.
• The collaboration is anticipated to last for 1 year, although the duration can be tailored to suit the parties' needs.
• The MDA will assess proposals based on the government's interest and capacity to enter into the proposed agreement.
• The MDA will notify respondents if the government is or is not interested in pursuing the proposed agreement.
