DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES RFQ- APPLETON & PEMBERTON WAY PEDESTRIAN ACCESIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS.

The City of Lawrence is seeking qualified Design-Build Teams to submit Statements of Qualifications for professional design services and construction services for the Appleton Way & Pemberton Way Pedestrian Accessibility Improvements Project. The project includes surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, preparation of construction documents, ADA accessibility improvements, and construction services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and award a contract in the best interest of the City. • The project is located adjacent to City Hall and the Lawrence Public Schools Administration Building. • The City of Lawrence will make RFQ documents available starting Monday, July 20, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. • Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk by Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. • Questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Rosanna DelRosario before 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026.
