Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is seeking information from potential contractors to renovate a laboratory. The project will require the removal and replacement of counters, sinks, and counter-mounted utilities, asbestos abatement, epoxy flooring, and the installation of new ductless split units. The contractor will be required to provide labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the work.
• The project requires a contractor with experience in laboratory renovation and asbestos abatement.
• The contractor must be able to provide labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
• The project requires compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level X, which will be checked after offers have been submitted.
• The contractor must adhere to operations security (OPSEC) requirements.
• The Government is not soliciting proposals at this time and is only seeking information for planning purposes.
