The Judson Independent School District is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a district‑wide roof replacement/rehabilitation program (Phase V) across five campuses, including the Administration Building, Educational Resource Center, Facilities Planning Department, J‑TECH, and Salinas Elementary School. The work involves demolition of existing roofing systems, installation of modified‑bitumen membrane assemblies on low‑slope roofs, retrofit and replacement of standing‑seam metal roofs, installation of new insulation, flashing, roof‑access hatches, ladders, and associated roof‑drain and downspout testing. The contract budget is $5.775 million, with a construction schedule of approximately 540 calendar days from notice to proceed.
