On-Call Land Surveying Services

Pierce County Planning & Public Works Department is seeking the services of an on-call professional land surveyor and/or land surveying firm licensed in the State of Washington. The selected consultant will provide a full range of primary and/or supplemental land survey information, including boundary survey, research and discovery, topographic survey, monumentation setting and recovery, aerial photogrammetry, and more. The consultant will work on various projects, including bathymetric survey, preparation of DNR aquatic lease plats, section subdivision, and property and boundary surveys. The initial contract period is anticipated to be for 12 months, with the option of renewing for an additional four years. • The consultant must have experience in providing land surveying services, including boundary survey, topographic survey, and monumentation setting and recovery. • The consultant must have a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Washington. • The consultant must have the ability to provide a full range of primary and/or supplemental land survey information. • The consultant must have experience in working with Autodesk Civil 3D 2014 compatible format or later. • The consultant must have a quality control and quality assurance program for the requested services.
