The City of Stone Mountain is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the VFW Park - Gordon Street project. The project includes grading and drainage, a 30'x80' pavilion, parking, split rail fencing, mulch trail, natural play area with play structure, site benches and trash cans, wayfinding signage, and other work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 16, 2026, at 11:00 am. Bids will be received until February 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The project is expected to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days.
