Synthetic Turf Installation - Hillcrest High School

The School District of Greenville County is seeking bids for the installation of synthetic turf at Hillcrest High School. The project includes removing existing natural grass and organic soil, adding a free-draining stone base with drainage, new trench drains, chain link fencing, new field goal posts, soccer goals, and synthetic turf with school logos and colors. The contract will be for one year from the date of award, and the work is expected to begin on May 18, 2026, with a completion date of August 7, 2026. The bidder is required to provide all costs to the District in their bid, including labor, materials, bonding, warranties, etc. • The bidder must have experience with similar projects, including the installation of synthetic turf fields with wood infill and shock padding. • The bidder must provide five references from projects completed between 2023 and 2025. • The bidder must provide a list of at least 30 built synthetic turf fields in North and South Carolina that are over 70,000 SF in size. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including South Carolina's Ethics Act. • The bidder must provide a detailed proposal, including all costs, and must submit their bid through the Procurement Portal.
