The California Department of Highway Patrol is seeking a single vendor (or prime contractor with allowable subcontractors) to provide, maintain, and rotate protective clothing and operational‑supply rental services for its Chowchilla River CVEF Area Office. The contractor must handle uniform sizing, weekly cleaning and delivery of garments, inventory management, and supply of specific mats and towels under a three‑year contract beginning February 1 2027. Preference adjustments are available for small‑business, non‑small‑business subcontractors, and DVBE incentives, though the DVBE requirement is waived.
