OPW 55132: OPSTC - Fuel Island

The City of Omaha is seeking bids for the construction of a fully operational fueling facility at the Omaha Public Safety and Training Center. The project involves foundation preparation, equipment installation, and the refurbishment of an existing fuel tank. The bid shall be on a firm Lump Sum Bid basis. The City of Omaha reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Some key aspects of the project include: • Removing approximately 400 sqft of soil to a depth of 10" • Installing a new fuel dispenser and fuel master • Providing a new electrical sub-panel and data switch • Installing new LED fixtures to illuminate the fueling site • Roughing in for a future diesel fuel dispenser The City of Omaha is looking for a qualified contractor to complete this project.
