The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Sumuri, LLC for the acquisition of Sumuri equipment, associated services, licensing, and shipping. The required products must be the exact items specified and are proprietary to Illumina, Inc.
