Description
The project involves the installation of a new PVC roofing system as an overlay over the existing SBS roofing on a sloped metal deck, replacement of select moisture-damaged insulation, all new metal flashing, and miscellaneous other minor upgrades to improve overall weathertightness, including treatment of rooftop mechanical penetrations.
