Description
The Town of Belmont is seeking bids for the renovation of the Chenery Park Complex, located at 95 Washington Street, Belmont, MA. The project consists of cast-in-place concrete work, cast-in-place concrete pavement, reclaimed granite walls, asphalt paving, multi-sport court paving and surfacing, athletic equipment, playground equipment, infield surfacing, PIP and mulch playground surfacing, drain work, planting, site drainage, irrigation, and furnishings. The project requires a site visit, and a pre-bid conference will be held on October 28, 2025. The bid opening date is November 12, 2025.
