NX EQ A-dec Dental Delivery Units and Chairs (BNJ)

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide A-dec Dental Delivery Units and Chairs, including accessories, consumables, installation, training, and maintenance services. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option years. The vendor must provide products that meet the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation. The contract will be a Requirements contract, and the Government reserves the right to evaluate and accept or reject any replacement items proposed by the vendor. • The contract includes provisions for installation, software updates, maintenance, and repairs. • The vendor must provide literature and technical specifications for each item listed in the Price/Cost Schedule. • The contract includes a 3% Service Level Agreement (SLA) fee. • The vendor must comply with all local policies to gain access to individual VA Medical Centers. • The Government reserves the right to not accept products offered under product refresh. • The contractor must ensure that all upgraded products meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Federal requirements.
