NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Commerce (DOC) intends to award a sole source contract to CRU International Ltd. for commercial subscription access to comprehensive global aluminum and steel market intelligence services. The requirement includes enterprise-level access to aluminum and steel pricing data, supply and demand analysis, production and capacity statistics, short and long-term forecasts, interactive data tools, analyst reports, and technical support. The services require internal redistribution rights. The period of performance will be from March 01, 2026, to February 28, 2027. • The contract will provide access to comprehensive global aluminum and steel market intelligence services. • The services will include aluminum and steel pricing data, supply and demand analysis, production and capacity statistics, short and long-term forecasts, interactive data tools, analyst reports, and technical support. • The contract will require internal redistribution rights. • The period of performance will be 12 months, from March 01, 2026, to February 28, 2027.
