Description
The City of Danville is seeking a qualified contractor to perform asbestos abatement and demolition work for six properties. The work includes the removal of asbestos-containing materials and the demolition of the properties. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to asbestos abatement and demolition. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with consideration given to completion time. The contractor will be required to provide a 5% bid bond, 100% performance and payment bonds, and comply with all contract terms and conditions.
