The City of Annapolis is seeking a professional design firm to provide 30% design development services for the Bay Ridge Avenue Bikeway and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection. The scope of work includes transportation planning and design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award multiple contracts.
